Payment Options

Monthly membership fees are typically set up as an auto-draft from either your bank account or a credit or debit card, as well as qualifying HSA or FSA accounts. Payment for services like extra lab work or medications is required at time of visit, and we accept cash or credit or debit cards, as well as qualifying HSA or FSA accounts.

Carolina Medical Group is not affiliated with any health insurance providers, and as such, does not file claims with any health insurance company. We are a Direct Primary Care practice, and we have membership plans based on the size of your family which provide comprehensive health care without co-pays or deductibles. For non-members, we also offer cash discount options for treatment. Please call or come by to discuss which plan is best for you and your family.

Members Cost per Monthly Yearly Annual Savings
1 $90 $90 $1,080 $0
2 $85 $170 $2,040 $120
3 $70 $210 $2,520 $720
4 $60 $240 $2,880 $1,440
5 $50 $250 $3,000 $2,400
6 $45 $270 $3,240 $3,240
7+* $45 $315 $3,780 $3,780+

* For families with seven or more members, this is your maximum out-of-pocket cost on both a monthly and annual basis. So whether you have 7 or 9 or 11 members of your household, you will only pay $315/month, or $3,780/year.

Note: Even with Direct Primary Care, we still encourage our patients to carry some health insurance to provide coverage for catastrophic illness or accident. But we also recommend medical plans with a high-deductible that include Health Savings Accounts (HSA), since these plans typically have lower monthly premiums, which ultimately keeps more money in your pocket.
